D J Stringer Property Services Pty Ltd established its office on 2nd January, 2002 after the amalgamation of Kirra Beach Realty which was in operation for the previous 5 years.

David Stringer and Tammy Richardson are joint proprietors of the firm and as mentioned below have extensive experience in Property Management and Financial Administration respectively.

Our focus and objective is to share with our clients personal experience and knowledge and to implement and transact services within the property industry in an effort to derive at a desirable result for all parties.


The People Profile

David Stringer – Principal & Property Manager
Prior to commencing his own practice, David held the position of Manager of Property Management with one of the Gold Coast’s leading independent real estate agencies. During his 5 year term, he managed a commercial portfolio with an estimated value of $100 million, comprising 35 establishments and over 300 commercial tenancies. His field of influence included most of the Gold Coast plus properties in Brisbane, providing him with an extensive knowledge of market rents, commercial law, tenant and landlord requirements.

Previously David had served 4 years as Property Manager at the Gold Coast office of a national franchise realtor where his portfolio covered around 250 residential and commercial premises. Prior to this, he held the position of Property Manager for an influential Melbourne firm where the main focus was managing prestige property for international investors plus the relocation and housing of expatriate executives and consular officials.

David is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, a committee member of both REIQ Commercial and Property Management Chapters, an accredited Workplace Health & Safety Officer and a member of the Australian Institute of Management.


Tammy Richardson – Joint Director / Financial Administrator
Tammy was assistant to the Financial Controller of a major independent real estate office on the Gold Coast for 7 years. During a break from this position Tammy travelled extensively throughout Europe and later held an accounting position with a major retail company before being invited to re-join her previous employer.

Her position with this high profile real estate firm required her to undertake all associated responsibilities for a large trust accounting system incorporating all the company’s sales, financial administration and budgeting. This demanding task has provided Tammy with the professional skills to handle financial matters on behalf of a wide range of individual and corporate clients.
